Formed in Sault Ste. Marie, Bossa Bacana brings together four musicians whose paths have crossed across concerts, recording studios, university halls, and community stages. Each member brings a lifetime of experience, yet the group feels fresh, intuitive, and joyfully spontaneous. They blend samba, bossa nova, jazz standards, reimagined pop, and original compositions into a sound that feels both deeply rooted and boldly exploratory.
